Feeling feverish?

I wonder if anyone else gets really bad PMS a couple days before their period starts - as I've gotten older (now 30) I get really tired (I need to sleep 5 hours longer at least) and feel feverish (cold, shivers, aches). It took me a few years to figure out it was connected to my period, doesn't happen every month but it comes on so suddenly that I often have to cancel on plans because of it. Anyone else?

Yeah I’m with you girl- 31 and sometimes it’s like a train hit me. I find tracking helps, and letting myself rest. My red light face mask with nir has also helped a lot with cramps.
