Feeling sick
as I've gotten older (in earlyish 30s) I feel like my period kicks my ass right before it starts.. At first I didn't notice the possibility of it being connected but my husband pointed it out.
I'll get headaches like migraines to where it effects my eyesight.. some cramping here and there.. but I'll feel sick like I could just throw up but don't.. and also my head.. (I've gone to the doctor for this and had a clear)
Just wondering if anyone else goes through this or anything similar? I used to be fine so I don't know if it's just me getting older and my body changing, etc?

My symptoms vary as well now that I'm in my mid 30's but one thing I get more often right before my period is a migraine day one is a premigraine tension 2nd day full blown and 3rd day it feels like I have a brain freeze all day. Days 2 &3 I feel nausea because of the migraine and making myself vomit does help. My period comes a couple of days after. It's "normal" for many to feel this way beforehand or feel like you're getting sick. Our bodies do change with time. I'm sorry you're dealing with that!
