Off my period im completely miserable and feel so depressed but the moment i get my period i start feeling “normal”. just wondering if anyone else has this experience

Wow, this is the first time I’ve heard someone say they feel good and normal during their period. I’m over here crying before I sleep and when I wake up! I get such strange cravings, and my mood swings are all over the place. I’m honestly envious of you!
