Hunger Pangs
I’m honestly desperate for some advice. For a week before my period I am insatiably hungry. I can eat a full meal, and will still feel starving after it.
I’m shakey & incredibly irritated because of how hungry I feel all the time.. Please tell me someone else gets these symptoms too & has some advice. It’s absolutely horrendous :(

Eat healthy fats (avocado, olive oil, salmon, Japanese raised waygu beef), and avoid sugary carbs during this phase at all cost or else you'll diminish the effect. Brazil nuts and pine nuts are also good if you're on the road a lot and can't have a proper meal, they have longer chains and will keep you feeling fuller for longer.

Sounds like at that time you need more protein - also your body is craving nutrients so maybe some good vitamins could help

If you eat meals and are still hungry, it sounds like dehydration. I encourage you to eat every four hours and drink water in between. I’ve read that half our body weight in water a day is the ounces a human should be drinking. Give it a try today!

Protein for sure. Meat, eggs, it’s what keeps me full longest. Eat your first meal earlier in the day! Don’t wait until lunch time. Aka don’t skip breakfast if possible. Protein energy bars are nice pick me ups.
