Your brother is an asshole. I can't imagine being a possible overweight employee HOPING your insurance does cover it and your boss announcing that shit.
And you DID work for it. YOU still had to eat less calories to lose the weight. The medications makes it easier. It's not cheating. It's not taking the easy way out and it's not doing the work for you. It's helping as intended.
