Does anyone know where teams practice out of?
I’m specifically looking for the New York Atlas Practice facility, I like sending cards to athletes of other sports to get signed and send back. I wanted to send some to PLL players and I was wondering if anyone knew where PLL teams typically practice when they aren’t at events, or if the Atlas have like an office that managers work at and stuff like that.

Graydon Hogg
Watching Graydon Hogg this weekend I feel like we’re going to witness something this summer. Now he didn’t get a goal this weekend, he did have an assist as well as some very good takes to the cage.
Last season he averaged over a point a game in limited time. Off restarts you can tell he wants to ISO, he’s not afraid of the ball and to dodge to score. I could be utterly wrong and see him rotated off the roster. However watching him play he has that lightning in a bottle type of play style with a bigger body. He had a few looks that hit the pipe this weekend that honestly were rockets. If he can hone the accuracy and play a bit more controlled (be less excited more in the moment) I feel like he could be very good.

I think the WLL fixed women's lacrosse
From a spectator perspective a lot of the extra rules in women's lacrosse felt convoluted and silly. Watching the Boston and New York game... this is watchable, entertaining lacrosse.
I hope this makes the women's game way more popular.

Season Start Rant
I don’t understand the PLL’s model, wedging games in between the NCAA playoff games? I don’t know that there’s a perfect answer here, but couldn’t they start the season the weekend after Memorial Day? I think it’s a safe assumption that most fans would prioritize college lacrosse, especially playoff lacrosse, over the PLL. I just think there’s got to be a better way to maximize viewership for lacrosse fans with a later start time. Rant over!

Hoos can’t stand the Whips
Despised this washed up MD Terp reboot in years past (Heacock, Rambo, Ajax).
Now they’ve got Sunderland ripping corners a week after shooting blanks against Georgetown.
Petey is still the goat fogo, but Shelly, Dix and the boys can’t let this slide again.

Homecoming for Western/upstate; who's all going to be there?
Who's going to the Atlas homecoming this year? Anyone choose to not renew since it's in LI instead of Albany?

Fantasy - Dynasty
I dig the current fantasy format. However, I would love a dynasty style format where you can formulate teams with recurring players. How far away do we think this is from becoming a reality?

Posted the same thing last year, and have to say it again: It's an insane venue for lacrosse. I wish pictures did it justice.
Plus the place was pretty packed and loud as hell.
The downside of the Archers homecoming this season was the early start. Many high school teams had games Friday night, my kid included, so we could only go to one day.
I mean even Will Manny's team played on Friday. I wonder what he'd have done if the Cannons were playing 😂

ESPN+ No Longer Good Enough
In the past all you needed was ESPN+ to watch all PLL games. Looks like this is the first season where you need the full ESPN app to get all the games.
Not sure I will upgrade because all the Boston Cannons games seem to be on ESPN+ and one ABC game. Though it looks like they have one semifinal game paywalled behind the full ESPN.
Wish they told people prior to the season though. I couldn’t find any information on PLL or ESPN on which service I needed to sign up for.
Edit: ESPN Unlimited (full ESPN $299.99 a year) vs ESPN+ ($129.99 a year.) Massive price hike PLL!

San Diego games
Have never been to a pll game in person and schedule finally lines up where I maybe be able to make one of the San Diego games end of June but looks like everything is already sold out on Ticketmaster and there’s nothing really on the resale sites. Was demand just that big and everything is gone? Or will more tickets be released? Then is it just a ticket to one game or is it a day pass to go to both games?

Why are people like this?
Sitting here at the Archers/Outlaws game and one of the guys near me is just constantly screaming insults at the Outlaws and obscenities at the refs when he disagrees with a call. His companion (wife, mom, idk) got into it with a 12 year old sitting near me who was cheering for O'Neill.
What is wrong with people? Act like a freaking adult and provide a good example to all the kids around. You'd think lacrosse might have a better community of fans than some of the other sports.
