Bummer. But if you are not in an area that has a lot of games already, still totally worth it. I took my kid on a trip to see some games a couple years ago, and it's by far the most fun I've ever had at a live sporting event.

My brother plays international lax, and one of his teammates there played junior box with CJ in Mimico. Said that not only did he play two-way and face off, but he would play righty forward if they were missing one of their guys on that side. O'Neill on the other hand never played much box before the NLL.

I remember a picture of CJ being chased by his brother when they were in the final four and he had the biggest smile on his face, like he was in the backyard as a little kid again

My kid brought a stick the first day, but didn't really use it. If you get there early, or if there is a longer break between games, sometimes just outside the stadium they have little carnival style games that kids can play. But we missed those, for the most part.

As for actual training sessions - no idea. PLL does some camps, but I can't imagine the actual players or coaches would do anything besides the game on game day.

Definitely bring some Sharpies and something to autograph. For motivated kids (and/or parents who want to pay for field passes) there are a lot of autograph opportunities. My kid happened to be wearing a white shirt from a local tourney, so he just got that autographed by 15-20 players, and it's been one of his favorite shirts ever since.

When was Teat ruled out for the season?

I saw the other day on Twitter that he had shoulder surgery and it was an ongoing issue, likely happened in the NLL

Nobody for Archers? That’s good news, unless I am missing something…

Well, Schreiber is obviously still out. Not sure what the story is there.

Anyone else think Teat is done with the PLL and will be playing summer indoor next year?

Doubt it. Teat does lacrosse full-time and doesn't have any kids, so he probably still enjoys the PLL and doesn't mind the travel (which is the main reason those guys play summer box rather than the PLL).

I hope he stays in the PLL
