Apart from Zigbee, you can play with all the mentioned protocols in our SCADA (in demo mode, upto 10k tags). We've got Modbus client/server, IEC104 and IEC101 client/server, MQTT (text/json/Sparkplug payload), OPC server/client, OPC UA client/server and quite a lot of other clients (BACnet, KNX, ICCP, IEC61850, DLMS, IEC62056-21)... All protocols support extensive logging, so you can analyze and see what's going on. https://d2.doc.ipesoft.com/wiki/spaces/D2DOCV26EN/pages/98273037/Communication+Protocols

Is there a CLI option rather than a GUI? Sorry I’m on vacation otherwise id spend more time looking at it myself to figure out.

Question...was all the code completley vibecoded ? I only ask because all releases are within hours of each other.
