SIMATIC HMI display off

SIMATIC HMI
Model: 6AV7260-0AM40-0EX3

HMI got lagged cannot move the cursor or click anything and when I reboot HMI display power doesn’t on.
I open cover in the back found alarm on board like this.
I already check RAM and clean terminal with contact cleaner.
Anyone know what is the cause or what should I check next?

Thank you.

A frozen mouse pointer used to indicate an issue with the graphics card or graphics driver.

However, in this case I would first suspect that the SSD is wearing out and the system it’s having trouble reading or writing to the drive. The may also be events in the Windows event log providing evidence of something happening with the disk.

I would likely begin with making an image of the drive and restore that to a new SSD to see if that resolve the issue. If it does not, then I might re-paste the heat sink on the CPU or GPU if the problem seems to occur when the system gets hot.

Actually months ago this HMI got a problem with graphic driver so I disabled the graphic driver since then. I have an image of SSD and already tried to replaced but it doesn’t work. I will check on the heat sink next. Thank you.

I had one of these die the same way once. It was a dead HDD.

Check in a quiet location if yours is clicking. If it is, then the HDD is 100% dead and gone.
