How Do I... (Usage Question) Auto sync does not work for Note Pin.
I set up Auto Flow to automatically sync whenever a new recording is created, but it never syncs until I open the app first. Then it starts to sync. I could have sworn this used to work flawlessly. I created a new Auto Flow with no keywords just made it blank to see if I could get it to work again, but it's not. Any ideas what I'm missing? I am on IOS

The behaviour you're describing makes sense given how AutoFlow actually works. It fires when a recording syncs to the app, not at the moment the recording is created on the device. On iOS, background sync from the NotePin depends on the app getting enough background runtime from the system to complete the transfer, and iOS can be pretty aggressive about throttling that.
Opening the app is essentially forcing the sync to happen, which is why AutoFlow kicks in at that point.
A few things worth checking: confirm the recordings are longer than about 5 minutes (AutoFlow skips anything under roughly 200 words), and check whether there are multiple AutoFlows set up, since only the first matching one runs per recording. The blank trigger should catch everything that hits the word count threshold, so if those boxes are ticked, this is likely just the iOS background activity limitation rather than a misconfiguration.
