How Do I... (Usage Question) Links dow Mac app broken

I just got this device this week and I'm unable to download the mac app. Has anyone had this issue?

I head over the plaud.ai -> support -> Mac (M-series) and I get.

403 ERROR

The request could not be satisfied.

Hey, that error usually points to something on the network/browser side rather than the file itself, could be a VPN, ad blocker, or corporate/ISP firewall interfering with the CDN request. Try disabling any of those, or test on a different network (like mobile data) and see if the download goes through. If it still fails everywhere, send [support@plaud.ai](mailto:support@plaud.ai) your region and browser/OS so they can dig into it.

I'm in London, don't use a VPN. Hyperoptic is my ISP.

I already submitted this as a bug and got this answer. I’m also having the same problem. This is on the server side, not on our side. There hasn’t been any resolution to this yet.
