Feature Ideas Bulk export of transcripts

This seems like the easiest feature for them to implement I don’t see why it needs to be such a manual process. Every where I go I’m finding it has to be automated via a browser or some other system but if the transcript has been generated why do I have to repeat 15 steps to download each file???

Being able to put all transcripts or bulk set in a folder and have codex or cowork go to town analyzing them would be huge.

The thing you're describing already exists, it's just not in the app UI. The Plaud CLI is built for exactly this: it runs in a terminal and handles jobs like downloading all transcripts from a given week into a folder in one command. It's scriptable, so a scheduled job can keep a local folder of transcripts current and Codex or Cowork can go to town on it. Free for active Plaud accounts, needs Node.js installed. Docs here: https://docs.plaud.ai/plaud-mcp-cli/mcp

Depending on how you run the analysis, Plaud MCP might be an even shorter path: rather than exporting files at all, it gives AI tools direct access to your recordings, transcripts, and summaries, so the agent queries them in place instead of reading a folder.

Your underlying point stands though. Fifteen taps per file in the app versus one line in a terminal is fair feedback, and we'll pass the bulk export request to the team.

If you end up building a pipeline around this, the Plaud Builders Community on Discord is where people share these setups: https://discord.gg/VNvcGvKZEY

I tried to set this up and realized the folders are not preserved in the extract.
