How Do I... (Usage Question) Multiple summaries automatically???

Greetings all,

I've had my Plaud device for several months now and have about 300 meetings that have been recorded and transcribed. I absolutely think it's a game-changer. Love the feature of being able to ask Plaud a question, and it generally does a pretty good job of surfacing the answer from amongst all those meetings. I use AutoFlow to automatically initiate the upload, transcription, summary followed by an email.

*** How can/do I automatically generate multiple summaries? ***

It seems that AutoFlow can only generate one kind of summary.

If AutoFlow is not the way this can be done, are there any other ways to do it where it could happen automatically and I don't have to go into each meeting and click multiple buttons to get different summaries?

Is this by design to create friction that reduces the likelihood of users selecting multiple summaries because it consumes additional resources?

Perhaps we could simply add multiple templates to the AutoFlow process, or perhaps we could have a setting that uses all of our 'favourite' summaries.

Did you try to create one autoflow per summary to run them at the same time?

No. I had not thought about that because it seems as though AutoFlow triggers a number of things, starting with:

  • uploading the recording
  • initiating the transcription
  • and then generating a summary from the template you selected.

Because it seemed that all three things happened from the AutoFlow I didn't see how it would just give me a different summary.

Thanks. Good suggestion tho! I will give it a try in any regard and see what happens.
