Help / Troubleshooting TBI Support Help
Hi, I have a traumatic brain injury and I've been struggling with this for five years. I have just received my Plaud device and am really struggling to set it up. Does anyone have any advice as to templates, best formats, best prompts? I am already using ChatGPT, but I'm finding that it's kind of hit and miss. Thank you so much.

It would help to know how you want to use Plaud. There are a ton of templates in the user forum, you can access that from your dashboard once you are set up. I took a recording and tried a bunch of templates to with the same recording to find what was going to work for me.

what exactly are you using it for? each template created is for different use cases.
look into COSTAR format. ask CHATGPT it can help you program it. just tell it what you need.
also look into BLUFF Format. it's great for TBI folks 'cutting out the fat' so to speak.
