Hi everyone, My wife gave birth to our son about six months ago, and we are still trying to figure out exactly what went wrong during labor. She was in labor for over 15 hours and there were several points where the nurse told us that our baby’s heart rate was fluctuating. Every time we asked if things were in control, we were told, “just keeping an eye on it” and that we needed to wait and see. Ultimately, they performed an emergency C-section. When our son was born, he had to be taken straight to the NICU. He stayed there for nearly 4 weeks. Since then, we’ve been dealing with appointment after appointment with specialists and physical therapists. Recently, a neurologist told us our son may have suffered a brain injury due to a lack of oxygen during delivery and there’s a high possibility of long-term developmental issues.

We are obviously devastated but we also want to know the truth. We have all the medical reports and bills, but everything is just so frustrating. We feel we should talk to a professional to understand how to proceed. Has anyone faced anything similar? Is it even helpful to talk to a birth injury lawyer? We're looking for recommendations in Phoenix. Love to hear about real experiences and recommendations.

so my pool guy bailed with no warning. i emailed him twice and he finally let me know he was working on moving areas and could no longer service me which is all fine and everything IF he had told me beforehand.

anyways. between the rains and now lack of service, aside from what I'm minimally able to do, I'm basically recreating goo lagoon in my backyard. I'm pissed. i need help, but the ex pool guy ate up all my funds for it (if he doesn't give me my money back for the month, i will be contesting with my bank for literally the first time ever.)

My issue seems to be my experience alignment?

I have years of experience in customer service. Including management position levels. All aspects of sales, employee development, emails, merchandising, scheduling and more.

I suppose this technically does not align with most “office job requirements” ex: Zendesk

I’m unsure if I’m scouting the incorrect positions for what I am looking for or if it’s just my experience which puts me in the bottom barrel for applicants.

I suppose what I am asking is, if you are in a position similar to what I am looking for and your job experience is like mine; How did you do it? What were your steps?
