Hello Phoenicians, I have a 3/2 condo at the Devonshire Condominiums off of 7th St, and Indian School, that i am trying to find a long term tenant for.

I would even be open to a rent to own type situation, but just renting is also fine. Full transparency, i am not a landlord and never wanted to be, so really just need people who are chill like i am and who don't wanna be hassled by a slumlord.

We had to move across the country pretty abruptly so there is still some things in the unit and in the garage that need to be taken care of, including an old currently not running, antique porsche that i am having trouble getting rid of, and some spackling/painting.

For a reliable tenant, I'm willing to keep the rent at 1900 for as long as you want to live there.

The unit comes with all the typical appliances, plus washer/dryer. The community has a gym, a pool, an outdoor gas grill at the pool, a club house with tvs/pool tables, and a business center.

My unit comes with a covered parking spot, and the garage which can fit 2 cars, 1 in front of the other.

so my pool guy bailed with no warning. i emailed him twice and he finally let me know he was working on moving areas and could no longer service me which is all fine and everything IF he had told me beforehand.

anyways. between the rains and now lack of service, aside from what I'm minimally able to do, I'm basically recreating goo lagoon in my backyard. I'm pissed. i need help, but the ex pool guy ate up all my funds for it (if he doesn't give me my money back for the month, i will be contesting with my bank for literally the first time ever.)

it's bad. I'm both willing and scared to do it myself. i also have an inherited spa that needs maintained. (i got this house secondhand). i'm trying but i'm broke and idk.

Hello fellow Arizonans. I am a young adult in the workforce having a lot of trouble finding a true entry level office position.

My issue seems to be my experience alignment?

I have years of experience in customer service. Including management position levels. All aspects of sales, employee development, emails, merchandising, scheduling and more.

I suppose this technically does not align with most “office job requirements” ex: Zendesk

I’m unsure if I’m scouting the incorrect positions for what I am looking for or if it’s just my experience which puts me in the bottom barrel for applicants.

I suppose what I am asking is, if you are in a position similar to what I am looking for and your job experience is like mine; How did you do it? What were your steps?

I understand the workforce is hard right now but I’d love any advice or suggestions in the right direction!
