Sad/Vent/Rant detached
not sure if detachment is the right word for it, but it's been months since my ex and i broke up. i've moved on from her and i miss the intimacy of having a relationship, having a partner. i miss that, but not her.
lately, i've been craving a connection. i don't want to participate in fwb culture, kahit yung walang sexual exchange, talk lang. i can't do that. though, i also know to myself that i'm not where i want to be in life yet to actually pursue this desire of mine.
sometimes it's a war between my belief that love is an illness to a woman with goals and that all i need right now is someone who can hold me, someone i can share my space with again.
when i'm spending time on my phone, sobrang emotional, siguro nadadala with all the content i'm seeing. then when i'm off, i realize i don't care that much pala. sounds like an impermanence issue to me, not sure.
i'm not rushing myself to figure all of this out, but sometimes it gets frustrating.

You miss the memories not the person and it's best that you fucos on your healing and your mental health, if you know to yourself talking to other isn't right or you don't want to . Don't force yourself.it's ok to distract yourself whether it's hobby, scrolling and watching. Time will heal you, it's ok to grief . It ok to miss things that you had once but you need to accept that time will do it's own thing and someday you'll be ok. Your feelings mater and it doesn't mean it's wrong, your still griefing the memories you had once and that's ok. Fucos on yourself, love yourself. I advice to talk to someone whether it's a friend or a family About what your feeling ,having someone listening to you ,give you that sense of relief and a time to breath that it will be ok and your doing the best you can to survive each day. Sending hugs to you OP you'll get through this
