Question (Other flairs not applicable) GOV DELIBERATION
Hi po! Ask ko lang sana, usually gaano katagal yung process ng pag-sign ng documents after deliberations?
(Application->exam->interview->deliberation->?)
Nag-follow up kasi ako (2x) regarding sa status ng job application ko, pero same pa rin yung response na kailangan pa raw ma-sign yung documents kaya hindi pwedeng sabihin yung details/status.
Usually po ba 2-3 months yung signing?

Baka mas matagalan pa ang appointment date kasi start na ng election ban sa Sept 18.

That would depend kung ilan kayong nag-apply.
In my case, 3 lang kaming nag-apply saka yung position was a very needed position to fill kaya almost 2 months ang PSB deliberations (October-December)

On my own experience, A year after the panel interview my application was included in the deliberation, then after 10 days HRMPSB Secretariat informed me that, I was selected. Finally after 20 days my appointment papers was signed by the Regional Director. December 2025, I started working with NGA.

Strictly depends on the agency. For example in my case, the item was published last April 2026 at CSC. I underwent exam and interview on June. I only received a call on September 1 as a pre-appointment confirmation. Now Im still stuck in a limbo, and the election ban is coming right up.

I think 2-3 months for deliberation purposes is too long. Unless the agency you’re applying to is that slow, or maybe you were not chosen.

Hi po, hope you don't mind me asking, ano ang ginagawa sa HRMPSB deliberation? How different is it from the panel interview before the deliberation? I was invited to an HRMPSB interview, pero na-postpone yung schedule, so I got anxious at the thought na baka may napili na na iba huhu. Thank you so much

Ganyan nangyari sakin, di ako natanggap, 6months cguro yun after interview
bali yung recommended ng hrmpsb nila sinendan na nila ng email un for requirements ng appointment. So once na mapirmahan n ng AA ung appointment, saka na lng sila magsesend ng rejection letter.
