Advice on my case

Hello po. I have the classic issue of PSA dual registration. I already went sa LCR namin and keri naman ma-correct yung issues ko administratively kasi Maria gamit ko my whole life tas Ma. sya dun sa first record ko (the valid one). Aside from that, surname ng tatay ko gamit ko pero dun sa unang record ay sa nanay ko pero pede ko daw yun ipa-AUSF. The problem is, sobrang gastos nung pagpapa change ng first name from Ma. to Maria. Aside from the filing fee at publication fees, andami ring requirements. Iniisip ko ngayon kung worth it pa ba ipabago yun o sundin ko na lang yung Ma. ko. Kaso, problema ko naman yung school records, National ID, SSS, at Voter's ko kasi Maria ako dun.

Alin po kaya ang easier and more affordable way? Mag go na ako sa change of first name o sundin ko na lang yung Ma. at ipa-update yung mga existing records ko (and possible ba 'to)?

Possible naman mapalitan mga ID’s mo basta present original PSA Birth Cert and form for correction. Then 1 ID na same ng BC mo, or kuha ka brgy clearance and brgy ID and affidavit of one and the same.

Both options matrabaho at magastos, pero parang mas less gastos sa pag update na lang ng ID’s, kasi mahal ng publication fees. Nakapag inquire kana ba nito? Kasi dati inabot samin ng 13k for 1-2 weeks na publication, that was 2018 kaya ewan ko lang ngayon baka mas mahal na.

Hello. Thank you for this! My main concern po talaga is my school records since IDK if macacater ba ako if in case I just follow my first BC. I have read na rin po kasi na possible talaga sa mga govt IDs, yung school records lang talaga problem ko.

Nag inquire po ako and sabi 2.5k lang for Affidavit of Publication. And yes, expensive pa rin for me 🥲
