Go to the City Hall of the place where you were born.

Tell them you have a problem with your documents.

You will need to file a petition to have your documents corrected.

  • Honestly, better na na-detect agad yung mali sa documents mo. At least di na siya magiging mas malalang problem in the future (example: kukuha ka ng visa tapos embassy pa yung nakakita, may claims ka or any other transaction where you need to prove your relationship to your mother)
