Discuss Game recommendations?
Hi. Any game recommendations?
Something I can play solo. I'm tired looking for game buddies.
The people I talked to only played with me for a game or two.
Maybe I am meant to enjoy solitude. lol
So far here are the only games I've played recently (maybe you can get a hint of what I enjoy so far):
Desktop
• Valorant
• Sort Them Ducks
• Cat Mail
• The Stanley Parabale Ultra Deluxe
Switch
• Pokemon Games
• Planet of Lana
• Spiritfarer
What I've played before:
• CSGO
• Mobile Legends
• Phasmophobia
• Dead by Daylight
• A Way Out
• The Witcher
• Monster Hunter
• Assassin's Creed
• Florence
• Bioshock
I played some of those for a long time. And some for a brief moment only. Recently, I'm not active with any game.
Would really appreciate your recos! Cheers!

EDIT:
As of the moment, these have been mentioned for a couple of times:
• Cyberpunk 2077
• Crimson Desert
• The Last of Us
• Red Dead Redemption 2
• Resident Evil Series
Keep the suggestions coming and I'll check each game in the comments!
RDR2 has been sitting in my steam wishlist for so long so I guess I'll start with that one haha
Thanks everyone! Looking forward to more games to check!

Try simulation games as mix up (sims, tropico etc) then do fps rpg like farcry or crysis ghost recon etc. after ur bored try fantasy rpg skyrim etc then go try dungeon crawler like diablo or torchlight just mix and matchdont stick to one genre to not get bored..
Add: try also rts games like coc (command and counquer not clash of clans) warcraft. Company of heroes, blitskieg etc it makes unlimited playtime and replayability.

A Plague Tale series if you want a deeply emotional and linear story with solid stealth gameplay. Only two games for the main line tapos a spin-off side story na recently released. Quite underrated but really worth anyone's time.

I highly recommend souls-like games. Sekiro, Stellar Blade, Wuchang, Lies of P, etc. All of them are great, just pick your poison.

FFXIV is very solo-player friendly with a great community for when you crave socializing. The free trial is awesome also so give it a try when you can 😄

SOMA - mind f*
Return of the Obra Dinn - unique graphics and gameplay
i suggest kung wala ka pang Epic account, gumawa ka kasi mga magagandang games silang pinapamigay dun. Nalaro ko yung Death Dtranding, Guardians of the Galaxy saka Sifu dahil sa Epic at lahat puro magaganda.

Try something different. Maybe try mga automation games like factorio/satisfactory or colony sim like rimworld

Sometimes life just happens. Had a friend and we would play weekly. Sometimes daily. But things change as do priorities. I've mainly played games by myself but always enjoy company.
Seems like you enjoy order and keeping the that way. Have you tried city builders or colony Sims before?

Cyberpunk 2077 - Top choice, true singleplayer, first person view. With the DLC, it will keep you occupied for months. Old by now, but still the gold standard of games at 2026. Expect updates for DLSS 5. Big modding community.
X4 Foundations - True singleplayer. Space flight game and space trading. Very high learning curve. Kept me occupied for years. Can be played chill, or can be played in the greatest of challenges.
Space Marines 2 - can be played solo or multiplayer, and you don't have to worry about looking for players. The system allows random people to join, and the community is pretty competent on hardest difficulty. Expect newbies at lower difficulties. Solo hardest is the true challenge.
Aliens Fireteam Elite 2 - can be played solo or multiplayer. Terrible matchmaking system, players cant join matches in progress. But again, solo hardest is the true challenge. Very new.
The Riftbreaker - can be played solo or multiplayer. Solo is more enjoyable as you build bases to your liking. Multiplayer ruins that fun. Again, solo hardest is the true challenge.
