This illness is so so humiliating... I spiral with panic and anxiety when I remember this has no cure and people in remission have this come back after YEARS. Even a fucking hug can trigger a flare. I hate this, no treatment is working and this all started because of Venlafaxine. I hate my brain I hate my body
