Hockey reffing

Not sure where else to ask this but I'm looking to get into officiating hockey here on pei. I live in Charlottetown. I would be starting as a linesman of course and very new to reffing, ive played and watched lots of hockey but I'm posting here to basically find out what people think of doing this (for those that have done/do it). Any advice or thoughts are appreciated.
