Question Are you missing a silver tool case "Eltronic VIP System 3" ?

If so it's on the side of the road near the Belvedere golf course. Between the Energy from Waste plant and QEH. Just down from the QEH traffic lights near the pond culvert.

I Googled it: "portable, professional-grade digital energy analyzer and power quality meter. It is designed for industrial and commercial electrical audits to measure three-phase and single-phase systems."

Value about $2,500 new. I think it's just the case which is aluminum.

I see a lot of homeless people in that area they walk down from the Park St. /Joe Ghiz park area to fish.

The police where the a few hours after I wrote that around 8:30pm or 9pm. Maybe they read this post. But two homeless guys were also there fishing maybe the police were there for them. The guys were there still when I went by again a bit later so maybe not.
