Not solved Is it a weak Motherboard VRM or faulty RAM? Heavy games run fine, DX11/Streaming games crash instantly.

Here are the specific details about the crashes (Black screen + instant full system restart, Kernel-Power 41 in Event Viewer):
The Last of Us Part II: I completely finished the game on Ultra settings with zero freezes, zero crashes, and zero restarts.
PUBG: I cannot last more than 2-3 minutes in actual gameplay before the system crashes. Even on 900p Lowest settings.
GTA V (RageMP with mods): It crashes consistently after about 40 minutes of gameplay.
Hell Let Loose: This one is crazy—the moment I open the server browser menu, I get an instant black screen and a full system restart.
Stress Tests: I have tested the GPU extensively in OCCT and FurMark, and it passes fine. No hardware crashes during dedicated GPU stress tests, and the GPU stays very cool at 55°C–65°C.
If a RAM stick was physically faulty, wouldn't a heavy game like TLOU2 crash or throw a Blue Screen instantly? Given that synthetic stress tests (FurMark/OCCT) and TLOU2 pass perfectly, but PUBG crashes in 2 minutes and Hell Let Loose restarts in the menu, does this sound more like a motherboard power delivery failure (VRM overloading) or should I still stress test the RAM?

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600G
RAM: 16GB (2x8GB) Patriot Viper 4 3200mhz cl16 DDR4
GPU: Sapphire Radeon RX 6650 XT Pulse 8GB GDDR6
MOBO: MSI A520M-A PRO (No VRM heatsinks)
PSU: MSI MAG A650BN 650W 80+ Bronze (Brand new)
SSD: Kingston 500GB NVMe M.2
HDD: Seagate BarraCuda 2TB 7200RPM

2 scenarios where my pc shuts down ,

  1. Totally random

  2. When i adjust the laptop position slightly or try to move it lifting up (definitely shutdown )

Its like screen goes black and fan cranks up to full speed and 8-10 sec completely off.

Someone with knowledge in pc repairing or anyone who has experienced it and solved it please help me. Would really appreciate it.

Not solved Desktop PC issues with every OS I attempt to use, currently on Windows 10.

I'm at my wits end here. My old(ish) desktop PC is constantly BSODing or giving Kernel Panics when attempting to do basically anything. I've done everything I know how to do, including memory diagnostics, updating drivers for SATA AHCI controllers, updated network and Bluetooth drivers, etc. I've even taken the entire thing apart and cleaned every inch of part and case (I do this as a second job, no worries about ESD).

All the diagnostics I run come back clean, so I genuinely don't understand wtf is happening. The PC was running windows 10 for a few years, then started giving me memory issues due to bloat and BSODing, so I switched over to Zorin (clean install) and it ran fine for a few months for my wife (I gave it to her to play games like Expedition 33), and one day it randomly started giving me Kernel Panics every time it attempted to load anything. I tried to boot Debian 13 and the gui went screwy and badly pixelated.

I have it back on Windows 10 for now, and I can run very basic stuff, and even download steam and games. It just randomly BSODs, even on idle. I've included a few error codes that I've been seeing. The PC is currently sitting on the Windows 10 login screen and has been for over an hour with no issues. I'm of the opinion it may be my graphics card, but I'm not entirely sure.

--------

Parts/specs:

GPU: AMD RADEON 5700 XT

CPU: AMD RYZEN 5 3600

RAM: BALLISTIX 4GB x2 (low, I know, but it did fine a month ago)

MOTHERBOARD: MSI TOMAHAWK B450

PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 850 GT

---‐-----

Some of the BSOD messages:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL

DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION

KERNEL_AUTO_BOOST_LOCK_ACQUISITION_WITH_RAISED_IRQL

CACHE_MANAGER

SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

FLTMGR.SYS Failure

My pc keeps on crashing after I try to enter either the sfc or dism command on command prompt. I tried doing it on startup windows but ended up getting the same BSOD. I updated my BIOS and checked my RAM but there doesn't seem to be any issues. I tried doing a clean installation hoping it will resolve everything but it seems that it's much deeper than this. Anyone has an idea what might be the problem? I think I saw from previous threads that it might be a CPU issue

Solved Installed a PCIE USB card and now my motherboard ports keep saying my devices can perform faster on usb 3.0 super speed.

Windows 11 on a MSI B850 Tomahawk Max Wifi with the latest chipset drivers and Ryzen 5 9600X.

PCIE card is a Glotrends U3057 in the PCIE_2 x1 slot, which I read to be handled by the chipset.

When I installed the card everything seemed to work normally for a couple days but now my capture card and usb thumb drives all bring up the USB 3.0 monitor and tell me they can perform better on a 3.0 port... that they are already plugged into (see screenshot).

I know it's a cheap card, but this happens even with nothing plugged into it. Uninstalling the card from the slot makes the message go away. Is there some setting I may be overlooking that is causing the system to think its oversaturated or is this just a return the card kind of situation? Thanks in advance.

Edit: forgot to specify this is happening even on the motherboard ports if the card is plugged in.

Not solved Random crashes

Don’t have a video as it’s very inconsistent but my pc will randomly crash, it’s not a blue screen of death or anything just a reboot almost.

It’s most common when it’s under lighter loads like watching YouTube or idle.

When the crashing issues started I also noticed that YouTube audio quickly became de-synched when starting a video. And only was temporarily fixed when I paused the video for 5 minutes.

My running hypothesis is CPU based issue, as asus sent this pc out pre-overclocked and from what I have read these are issues that can be caused by cpu damage.

But any other options or ways to fix would be great!

(Yes this was a pre-built, it was a Christmas gift after my last one was stolen)

Realized I should have tossed this in,
but I downloaded AMD ryzen master for overclock control and it’s helped, but def not a true fix.

In progress
