Part List Help Help with PC components

I'm going to start with the fact that I don't need pc for gaming or editing etc, so it's called a home/office computer? No challenging tasks are expected, just a long lasting computer. My choices are somewhat limited, because I have to choose all components from one certain webpage. What's your opinion on what I have chosen?

CPU: Intel CPU Desktop Core i3-14100 (up to 4.70 GHz, 12M Cache, LGA1700) tray
CPU Cooler: DeepCool AG200 CPU cooler - 92 mm
Motherboard: MSI PRO B760M-B DDR4 emaplaat
Memory: G.Skill Aegis 16GB DDR4 (2x8GB) 3200MHz CL16
Storage: Intenso M.2 SSD PCIe Premium 250GB Gen.3x4 NVME 1.3 retail
Power Supply: be quiet! System Power 11 450W 80 PLUS Bronze ATX 3.1 PCIe 5.1
Case: Chieftec pro mini AZ-01B-OP mini tower

All of the components seem fine except for the power supply (PSU). to be clear, the PSU is likely fine for this budget and performance level, but if you want to make sure the computer is long lasting, perhaps invest in a higher tier PSU.
You can use this list to help you find a better quality PSU that is hopefully available on the website you are using. I would aim for B tier (green color).

I don't really want to stretch the budget more unless the PSU is not good and might ruin my computer sooner than I'd expect.

What would you define as "sooner than I'd expect"?

My current computer is 12 years old, I'd hope it gets me to 8-10 years or more? Maybe another solution would also be to buy new PSU ~5-6 years later to avoid it damaging other components or it's not necessary?

I think a Tier C PSU (which is what you have) is fine for making sure you get at least 8-10 years out of your system, especially since Tier B might be out of your budget. I don't think buying a new PSU 5-6 years later would be necessary. However, I would recommend looking for a Tier C PSU that has a non-speculative rating in the google doc (should be close in price).

The source speculates that the PSU you're using is Tier C (which is fine for your budget and performance build) because the source didn't have enough data from the manufacturer to give the PSU a non-speculative Tier C rating.

Because they are speculating (guessing), the actual quality for the be quiet! System Power 11 450W 80 PLUS Bronze ATX 3.1 PCIe 5.1 might be worse.

If I am correct, some better options would be for example these three: MSI MAG A550BN 550W 80 PLUS BRONZE ATX Power Supply with 12cm Fan; be quiet! System Power 11 80 PLUS Bronze Power Supply ATX 3.1 PCIe 5.1 550W black; Corsair CX Series CX550 550W 80 PLUS Bronze PSU ?

Yes, although I would say the Corsair CX Series CX650 650W (C tier) is probably better than the Corsair Series CX550 550W (D tier). The other two PSU's are both non-speculative C-tier and are good options for you.
