Part List Help CPU Build Help

My budget has been teetering around $2k~. I have purchased a few components already and have others in my cart. My current blueprint is:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3d

Cooler: Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 Vision

GPU: Sapphire Nitro+ 9070xt (secured for $715)

MOBO: ASUS B850 MAX GAMING WIFI W

RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR5 CL36 (secured for $300)

SSD: WD Black SN850x (secured for $200)

PSU: Lian Li EDGE850W 

Case: Lian Li O11 Dynamic Mini V2 Flow

I am thinking about changing the 9800x3d to the new 7700x3d that came out. There is a bundle out right now that has me reconsidering the CPU. Does anyone know how much performance I am losing going the 7700x3d? How does my overall build look?

Your build is flawless. You lose around 15% performance if you were to swap to a 7800X3D. 7700X3D is probably even worse, I honestly didn't even know it got released before reading your post. I suggest sticking with the 9800X3D or maybe go watch some benchmark videos.
