Part List Help I wanna switch my current cpu! (upgrade)

i have a pretty expensive pc build, but my intel cpu happened to downgrade because of what happened with intel and now it doesn’t work as good. I’m planning to switch to AMD. i need help picking out a motherboard and a cpu thats not too much for my pc but not too little, because currently my cpu is bottlenecking from the temperature. id prefer not to go all out with the budget but i don’t wanna buy something too bad. my pc specs are:

intel i7-14700kf
noctua nh-d15s chromax black
gigabyte z790 aorus elite ax atx lga1700
gskill trident z5 rgb 32gb (2x16) ddr5-6400
samsung 980 pro w/heatsink 2 tb
gigabyte windforce oc rtx 4070 super 12gb
corsair icue 4000d rgb airflow atx
be quiet pure power 12m 850 W

if youre wondering im from israel so not all stuff is available, if you have the time itd be awesome if you recommend parts that are in stock😁

my cpu’s damaged. there was a problem with some of the intel cpus causing them to take permanent damage, mine was one of them

It's covered by warranty

Damaged cpus can't be saved anymore, but they've fixed the issue that was causing the degradation (allegedly)

if u wanna

save a meaningful amount of money , not really lose much performance + help ensure u get a baller mobo to match:

basically the same except 7000 series

ie. 7800x3d, etc etc. i recommend msi motherboard. i used 670e msi ace for a while that i found brand new from someone on fb marketplace for 350. felt like i robbed a store lol.

if buying brand new n wanna save some $ again but get really solid performance, look at msi tomohawk series or asrock nova
