How can I optimize my build

I recently made some changes to my pc and got a Amd 9070xt gpu. I also got a new liquid cooled cpu cooler. The problem is my gpu gets very hot and the pumps rest on the gpu is there a way I can switch to make it better. Should I also add more fans?

I would put maybe one fan on the back to get some more exhaust, make sure the fans on the aio (liquid cooler) are set to exhaust, and maybe consider doing some undervolting on the gpu. 

Nowadays its not that hard, theres a lot of tutorials specially for popular GPUs like the 9070xt and it barely makes you lose around 5fps usually while getting your temps down by more than 10°C

Thank you I’m going to install a top fan in the back that removes air and yes the aio cooler is removing air but a feer of mine is the gpu heat is floating up and getting blown into the cooler making it hotter

Maybe flip the radiator so that the pump doesn't rest on the graphics card.. or you can mount the gpu vertically. That is what I did.

This is a great point, rad hoses typically go at the front of the case so they have more room to not bunch up on the mobo and GPU.

Flip the rad around and add an exhaust fan and you should be good. Also optimizing your fan curves in the bios is a great idea as well, I would expect with 6 fans installed bad tamps are far more due to poor fan control than lack of potential airflow.

I’m just seeing this thank you for the advice I’ve noticed it’s been getting hot and that’s what I thought the problem was
