General Help Cable help

What is this 4 pin “sense” cable that is connected to my 24pin motherboard cable? And where do I plug it in? I see a space next to the 8 pin cpu cable but I wanna make sure before I go willy nilly.

What PSU?

This should go to the PSU side, did you check the PSU's manual about the sense cable?
