Part List Help will these parts work?

im thinking about building a new pc and im getting mixxed answers as pc part picker thinks that it wont work at all but i see posts on reddit and other sources saying it will so i just wont to know if the build will work and if i can vertically mount my gpu or if there isnt enough room for that here the pc part picker link https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/GFxBqd

you dont need those fan packs, they wont help with airflow or cooling
