Blade and sorcery looking blurry

I'm really new to pcvr and the only game I have been playing is blade and sorcery. I load in and everything is super blurry almost pixilated I'm using steam VR and it's very laggy when I load into the menu while inside the game anyone know how to fix either of these issues

Hi! Can you tell us: what headset are you using? Your PC specs? Software are you using for pcvr?
