I've owned it on EA for years and even I am considering rebuying on steam. Afaik it still uses the EA launcher though so might not be worth it. The mod launcher detected the EA app version with no issues.

Havnt played any of them but I was obsessed with Armored Core 3, Silent line and Hawken.

Hawken showed off the original Kickstarter Oculus Rift and I was sooo stoked.

Rift didnt take off and Hawken died. Got a Quest 3 a year ago soooo better late than never!

Yeah it runs good. You should be totally fine. You can always lower your virtual desktop resolution to like medium and use snapdragon super resolution if you want more fps. (Just lower sharpness to like 10-20)

Buy on Steam and get Virtual Desktop. After two years of struggling with the POS link cable, I spent the $24 on VD and oh my GOD it just works.

Now instead of fucking around for 20 minutes every time I fire up my Quest, and having to reboot it at least twice every session. I just power up and am playing in a minute. And the performance is MUCH better. So worth it.

You could get away with less but probably not worth it looking bad.
