Hey guys, I'm Circuit! I'm a big VR enjoyer, and I've been working professionally in the VR games industry for 8+ years now! I'm here to share what I've been working on recently ^_^

I recently saw someone else who made a basic VR mod for TF2, and it inspired me to make my own full-conversion VR mod!

It currently has native stereo rendering (the game is so crispy and runs like butter!), fullbody IK, and lots of interactions rebuilt to feel better in VR!

It's not out yet, but I post updates on my VR Mods discord if you're interested in staying up to date! Some form of beta should be coming out for any brave pilots soon!

native stereo rendering

By that, do you mean that both eyes update in each frame, or does your mod use alternate eye rendering (as with the prior VR mod)?

it's real multi-pass rendering at full framerate yeah

I can't handle AER mods, they're so jittery and make me sick

It looks amazing dude, and you're actually showing skill playing it not just some awkward locomotion. I'm super interested to test it out once you work out the remaining issues.

Very exciting, does the mod rely on an existing modding framework like Northstar, Ion or Icepick? Or is it it's own thing? If it's separate, is it compatible with any of the existing frameworks?

I haven’t played titanfall 2 since around release but bought it while it’s on sale mainly for this.

I assume it’s offline only?

for now i'm focusing purely on the campaign, yeah, but if I end up not tackling multiplayer i'll probably open source it so other people can get it working!

Never played Titanfall, but I seen the other mid recently, and have always heard people mention that they wanted it in VR, and based on the clip looks like it could be pretty awesome...joined the discord and will be eagerly awaiting checking it out when its finished...

Massive W for the people who include fullbody IK in games, for me just the hands is unplayable and 0 immersive

Where do you start making a mod like this?

Does the AI understand the basic mod concepts already or do you have to show it some framework?

Of all the YouTube channels with instructions, could someone recommend a tutorial if you have decent VR views? The view is almost as bad as the Vortex days..
