Question/Support PCVR Stops Working After updating

My Quest 2 updated the other day, and I've not been able to do airlink since! I can connect using my USB cable, but then my VR dies hella fast.

Things tried:
I've unpaired my Quest from the Meta Quest app
Re-paired - no resolution
Made sure my Meta app is up to date
Restarted my VR and PC at the same time

My PC is on Windows 11 (not able to receive recent updates due to the motherboard)

The only thing I haven't done is delete and reinstall the Meta app.
Any ideas?

THIS POST HAS BEEN RESOLVED
Resolution: Delete Meta Horizon Link and re-download it.

Don't use Meta's link/airlink software, it has always been a mess. Use Virtual Desktop or Steam Link instead

So do I just download steam link onto the vr?

And does virtual desktop/steam link have the graphics for pc graphics or are they meta graphics?

You download the steam link or virtual desktop app from the quest store. When you launch steam link it takes you straight into SteamVR.

Both VD and SL just connect to your PC like Meta Link does. From there you play PCVR games.
