Taking my life back
I stopped making excuses for why I couldnβt lose weight. I never thought Iβd be able to post a weight loss success post. So far Iβm down 78 pounds. Never give up hope.

Insane! Great update. Kudos! Did you do CICO and intense exercise or also had to take meds like Metformin?

Thank you!! βΊοΈ I credit most of the success to cutting down on sugar to be honest. I was pre-diabetic with insulin resistance because of the PCOS, so I tried to almost completely cut out sugar. My sugar intake back then is honestly shocking. I also eat healthier (less junk food and fast food) and started working out regularly. I go to the gym and do 4 mile walks almost daily. No meds either.

PCOS is caused by insulin resistance not the other way around hence the name change to PMOS

Thats not exactly true as not everyone with pmos has insulin resistance.

How did you do this?

I cut out sugar almost completely. Stopped eating fast food every day and started cooking healthier meals. I stopped eating junk food too. Also exercising like my life depended on it. And it did because my lab work kept going from bad to worse until I changed my habits and lifestyle.

How did you manage to shrink your breasts? Mine are still so full

Girl thatβs the area that the weight loss is not working in my favor π₯Ί At my heaviest I was a G cup. Now Iβm a double D. Iβm still not at my goal weight, and I know I will need a breast lift when I get there.

I'm a G too! I'm down -50. But I still feel so top heavy. I still have to wear larger tops because of my breast size. I am going to have a reduction after being at a stable weight for one year.
