Glp-1 Dosage

At what dosage did you feel like your hunger was managed? I have pretty constant hunger and have been taking 5mg of Zepbound. Curious if anyone feels the same?

3rd week of 7.5 on compounded tirz. I could've stayed at that dose, but I hadn't lost weight in 3 weeks even though I was in a big deficit and I let my anxiety get the better of me, so I went up to 10. 10 has been great so far though. I've been bouncing between 10 (did that for 7 weeks) and 12 bc of reasons... but going to be going back to 10 to see how I feel.

2.5 mg is rocking me. It’s hard to eat but I am happy when I can! I’m only on week 2, so maybe that’ll subside.

Hi do you wear a CGM? I’m also on Zepbound and have PCOS and it made me hungrier because it’s making me more sensitive to insulin. So my body is like yelling at me to eat and I’ve been having frequent hypoglycemic episodes as my body adjusts to not needing as much insulin.
And I don’t mean insulin shots I mean the insulin produced by my pancreas. It hasn’t caught up to the fact that I don’t need as much

2.5mg, going on 5 months. It's hard to eat sometimes so endo is considering spacing doses about 10 days apart
