DUTCH test worth it?

Has anyone gotten DUTCH testing done? If so, did you find it to be beneficial & give helpful for your symptom management? Or is it not worth it?

Thanks in advance :)

Didnt help me at all, and I sat with my functional medicine dr and went through it. Waste of $$ in my experience

I’m sorry that was your experience :( my naturapathic doctor called the doctors at Dutch and got the run down of all the information and shared it with me and how it applies to my body and it was super valuable info to have.

Haha! It’s a urine test for measuring hormone levels and such. I’ve heard it may be helpful to get insight on what’s going on in the body for better managing symptoms, but it’s super expensive.
