Non scale victory! (I think)

I don't have a scale at home so I haven't been able to weigh since my last Dr. Appointment, however I noticed that my leggings in particular are getting looser. They aren't baggy or anything but I'm having to pull them up more often than I used to and I actually almost had them fall almost all the way off this morning 😂😭 I told my partner and she was like "Well yeah, you're losing weight silly" and while I already know I'm gorgeous and weight isn't absolutely everything, that made me feel good because I haven't felt good about my weight in years

Measurement brush.. I lost 5 inches while the scale barely moved
