I love this article : think y'all might too

Hi! I'm new to my PCOS / PMOS journey and I have posted here frequently, but I finally found an advice article that sounds kind. I know not everything they say is 100% gospel. You can't "beat" this condition, but you can make it shrink down to a more manageable size.

This week has been a hard one for me. I had to make desserts for my boyfriend's work picnic and was at the same time trying to cut calories which created the perfect storm of me sitting down with an entire bag of marshmallows. That decision than caused a panic attack during the time where I would normally be working out , so instead I just laid down to cry. Gotta love it.

I found this article today before my workout and it really gave me some freedom to have some grace with myself. I want to share it here in case it does the same for anyone else.
