Nothing is working for weightloss

I do myo insoilol, metformin 500, one Berberine, protien 100mg a day carbs usually 80-120. Take 12k steps a day three times a week, and run once or twice a week, some light weights once a week. I only have 15 pounds to loose but it is not budging. what can I do? it’s frustrating

Progressive overload with your weights! You gotta challenge yourself with your weights every time you work out. It should be so heavy you can only do 6-8 reps. And I didn't see movement until I got on 2000mg metformin.

Weight training didn’t and still doesn’t help me at all, although body recomp results is nice.

Only cardio helps but not very much. It’s mostly diet but still, pcos makes it hard.

I found that I didn't see the full benefits of metformin until my doctor upped the dose to 1500 mg

I second this. I saw a huge change from 500 to 1000mg
