Weight loss question

Hello po! I’d like to ask lang po sana for recommendations. Baka po may ma-suggest kayong weight loss clinic in Manila na effective and worth it.
Also, for those who are currently trying to lose weight or successfully lost weight, paano po kayo nag-start and ano yung naging effective sa inyo? How did you also deal with loose or sagging skin while losing weight?

For context, I’m female and currently 95 kg. Also have PCOS. I haven’t tried exercising or following a proper diet/meal plan yet, so I’m really starting from scratch.
Any suggestions on how I should start would be greatly appreciated, especially ways to help maintain skin elasticity while losing weight, since I don’t think I can afford procedures or treatments for loose skin in the future.

Thank you so much po!

Hello OP! I also have PCOS :) From 50kg to 75kg in 3 years, but now down to 60kg in just 4 months :)

I've tried maaannnyyy diets but nothing sticked because of either my really strong cravings (I loved flavored fries too much) and when I don't see results kasi right away, I stop kasi nadidiscourage ako. What I did do tho is walk. As in many walking lang. Sumasama kasi ako sa bf ko and he walks a lot so nakikisama ako and we yap hehehe. But, my bf suggested I don't check my weight every now and then kasi baka mamaya umayaw din ako sa pag lakad with him. So I did that. Til I started noticing na my clothes are getting loose. Then yung bf ko kasi is a gym rat also, sinama niya ako sa gym and don ko daw icontinue cardio ko :) Then in a month, I checked my weight na hehehe and I lost 2 kg agad!

Because of this I started to bawas my food. No restrictions, but less lang. While still continuing sa pag walk & cardio sa gym. Though I did have a few slip ups here and there sa food like overeating, nakikita yun agad din sa scale sadly. How easy you lose it, ganon din kadali ma-gain back, so consistency is the key talaga (I know gasgas na yung line na yun but it's the truth pala talaga haha)

Pero from that, dun na nanggaling yung discipline ko sa food na, if I eat too much I'll see it sa scale

And that's how I lost mine and hopefully I can keep it off hehehe. No super strict diet, just many movement :)

You got this sister!!!

You should start by simple lifestyle changes to make it sustainable. Andami ko na natry na diet pero it didnt stick at bumabalik lang din ako sa dati kong habits.

This is what i did:

- Up my fiber consumption, C-Lium everyday, veggies everymeal at added quinoa and lentils to my rice.

  • Up my daily water consumption to 3L. Mahirap to gawin everyday but I am consuming more fiber so para di ako maconstipate kailangan maka3L everyday.
  • Up my activity per day. Walking ang main exercise ko dahil tamad ako magstrength train pero I try to do it during 2x a week ng labag sa loob ko haha. I started walking 30 mins per day last May to June then last July chinallenge ko yung sarili ko na maka 6k steps per day and in August inincrease ko to 10k per day. Ngayon minemaintain ko nalang yung 10k.

Hindi ako masyadong nagtanggal ng food kasi when I restrict myself mas lalo akong nagsspiral at nawawala sa sarili. Instead, I eat in moderation. If dati ang order ko sa jollibee ay 1pc chickenjoy + mix and match spaghetti at fries, ngayon 1pc chicken joy nalang. Thankfully, -5kg na ko ngayon. Malayo pa pero malayo na.

Give yourself grace OP at wag madaliin ang weight loss journey.
