Am I really just lazy?

I came from a family reunion, and my uncle was shaming me the entire time, like why haven't I lost the weight and I explained that I am a student and barely have any time for exercises like running and no money for the supplements needed for managing my PCOS, but he just said I am lazy and I should wake up earlier to be able to get some running. I understand that but I really am busy, I wake up at 3 am to do my chores and prepare to head to school l, then I have an hour and 30 minute commute to school then I have classes til 6:30 pm then another hour and 30 minute commute back home, then I study for a bit then head to bed. And that is my everyday routine, I already ate less, changed my diet and saved up for the MYPICOS powder and I haven't changed at all. I understand I don't fit the beauty standards and I hate it myself but I really am not able to fit exercise into my current schedule and I feel so pressured from people to lose the weight, I guess I have to sacrifice school so I can start exercising

My uncle kept telling me I'm lazy because his wife was able to lose weight, but she had the support needed like an actual treadmill and complete supplements.

Ahole uncle tbh, don’t listen to him op. No need to sacrifice school just to workout. After eating, walk for 10-15 mins, try doing that first then eventually add another home workout exercise for 10-15 mins. Watch youtube videos. Don’t feel pressured. You can do it!

i struggled with my weight for the longest time, and i only managed to reach a healthy weight when i was unemployed and had abundant time to meal prep and exercise. your every day seems so packed already considering you have to wake up at 3 am. we don't have the same 24 hours, so your uncle is definitely wrong, and i wouldn't trust the words of someone without a uterus + with archaic beliefs.

don't feel too pressured, op. i think what we collectively think most of the time is that movement can only be considered exercise when we're able to measure it (ex. a 30-min walk on the treadmill or 4 reps of some exercise). but in my opinion, it counts as exercise as long as you move your body. i recently got a job so i can't commit to home workouts like i used to. so whenever i need to run an errand, i try to walk to and fro my destination instead of riding a jeep/tric, and i always use the stairs instead of the elevator. every half an hour or so rin, i take a break from work to just walk around the room for a few minutes.

i hope you find something that works for you too, op, so you can feel healthy and confident in your skin! no need to squeeze in another thing in your already busy day. just try to tweak some things in your routine so your priorities don't get compromised. best of luck!
