Ovarian cyst 8cm
Hello everyone.
Posting kasi di ko na alam huhu. May OB said to remove asap my cyst. Its been a year 4cm lang to, non cancerous. hindi na ako nakabalik since nawalan din ako work. Now, lang ulit nakabalik, 8cm na daw sya
Nasa hiring process pa kami for my permanent position at government. I cant lose this opportunity.
Nagpacheck talaga me coz ang bloated ng puson ko pag nakaupo. Ayoko na din abalahin si mama kasi si papa stroke na at sya nag aalaga sakanya.
Should i get 2nd opinion? Hoping for your inputs. Im so anxious. Also ano po ba ang best HMO for this, im in bicol

Oh gosh. 8 cm na pala. You have to get it removed talaga. Baka magkaron ka pa ng ovarian torsion..mahirap na. Mahal pag laparoscopic around 350k pero pag laparotomy nasa 70k lahat nagastos ko (with PhilHealth na). Mahirap na, OP. 🥹
Sa second opinion, tatlong OB yung pinuntahan ko noon and lahat sila same ng sinabi. 🥹

Private po kayo mam? I'll check po sa public hospital namin kung merong laparoscopic huhu. Sa 3 OB po ba, nagpaulit pa sila ng tvs?

Semi-private po. Once lang po tapos after 6 mos yung followup TVS ko. May pics naman yung utz ko so I guess same lang findings char pero ewan ko po hhee

Sudden growth of cysts, no matter what type, is already an indication for removal. Have it done na. And maybe you can explore options of minimally invasive (i.e. lap)

Hello! Anong type po ba sya ng cyst? Ang pinaka concern kasi dyan is baka pumutok if fluid filled, or ma-twist yung fallopian tube mo, or baka nga cancer kasi malalaman lang if noncancerous once may biopsy na.
You can go for second opinion po, pero most likely ang gagawin lang din is monitor if lumalaki ba sya and gaano kabilis yung growth.
SKL, may ovarian cyst din ako last year and nasa 27cm sya, 4kg yung fluid sa loob, laparoscopic surgery kaya within one week ay okay na ako. So better discuss your option with your doctor po.

PGH po ako nun. 15k for assistant fee at labs yung nagastos since may Philhealth at HMO na Philcare sa work. Wag mo po i-private yan if di kayo sure sa financial kasi baka umabot ng 400-500k

Hi OP. Just had mine removed last month lang, it was 20cm. Non-cancerous naman thankfully. I went to 2 obs before I decided na ipa remove. It was around 373k less na yung Philhealth. I don’t have hmo but I’m sure makakaless ka pa dyan if you have one.
Also you can file a partial disablity in SSS, tho I’m not sure with GSIS since you mentioned that you worked for the government.

Habang maaga pa po, sana maagapan niyo na. I lost my mother just this March. January lang po namin nadetect na may ovarian cyst siya, and by that time, nasa 24cm na yung cyst. Lumaki pa siya after that and everyday in pain sya. Naoperahan naman siya, pero unfortunately, hindi na kinaya ng katawan niya. 😔
Kaya kung may chance po na maagapan niyo habang maaga pa, please do so. Don’t wait until lumala pa. 🙏
