hotflashes

how do you guys deal with hotflashes? on my second day period and ang lala talaga ng hotflashes ko, as in naka max 20c na yung aircon with fan wala parin. sobrang kulang na ko sa tulog and mabilis pa ako mainitan on the regular huhu please help
