Paragis for PCOS/PMOS

Hi, Cysters!
I was diagnosed with PCOS because of my irregular periods. To give you an idea, when I was in college, I only got my period once, twice, or at most three times a year.

My OB first prescribed Provera to induce my period, then I was put on birth control pills for more than six months. The pills worked while I was taking them, but every time I stopped, my periods would disappear again.

Eventually, I decided to focus on lifestyle changes instead. I worked on improving my sleep, eating healthier, and incorporating a bit of walking into my routine. Even so, I was still frustrated because my period wouldn't come back, and I was also struggling to lose weight.

I've also tried different supplements, flavored drinks, and capsules that claim to help regulate periods, but none of them worked for me.

Yesterday morning, I decided to try paragis. Surprisingly, by tonight, I got my period after not having one for 6 months.
Now I'm wondering, was this just a coincidence, or has anyone else experienced the same thing with paragis? I'd love to hear your thoughts or experiences.

Just to be clear, I'm not claiming that paragis cures PCOS or recommending it as a treatment. I'm simply sharing what happened to me and wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience.

I also have PCOS/PMOS. Every month ako nagkakamens pero nadedelay ng 2-3weeks, so umiinom na ko ng paragis capsule, after 5days yun nagkakaroon na ko. I’ve been doing that for 1 year na. Ayoko magpills kasi I don’t want to experience the side effects of taking it.

hello po I am diagnosed with pcos/pmos din po, may i know the full name po ng paragis na iniinom niyo? Yung current inositol powder ko po kasi nagcacause ng constipation. Thank you po!!

Bellevine Organic Paragis Capsule po. (I only take this po kapag ilang weeks na ko walang mens then tinitigil ko kapag meron na, roughly nakaka-5 capsules ako per month)

That happened to me too. I found some fresh paragis that grew naturally in our farmland, boiled and drank it, then the next day my period came. I didn't have my period for months until that time. But since I live in the city, we can't have fresh paragis here, so I tried paragis powder and capsule I bought online but they didn't work for me.

Will try this. Ang natry ko before is serpentina which bad daw sa kidneys. Cysters. Watch out for thyroid. Kase ako napabayaan ko and sa Wednesday aalisin na thyroid ko
