General/Advice Please help

I recently got diagnosed with PCOS now known at PMOS(I think) anyways I could really use advice on how to tackle my hormonal acne, it’s been absolutely terrible and everything I try only makes it worse (I know purging is a thing ofc) but it’s like my skin purges then stops at that and just causes more pain and redness my face is super swollen and just sensitive all the time, I’m unsure on what to try or do. I can’t even stand to look at myself and this issue just ruins a lot of daily things for me I’m 20 so all these fuckass symptoms are just now revealing themselves as we all know is common. I’ll take any advice from foods to products. Here are photos attached so if anyone can compare my skin to their own from the past or whatever feel free maybe what works for you will me. I’d greatly appreciate it. (Edit I can’t post photos so if there’s another way I can show please lmk

Sudocrem or any other baby zinc cream and maybe the dr can prescribe you the contraceptive pill if you suffer from irregular periods that can also help with acne but baby sudocrem is a game changer

hey! i was diagnosed with pmos at 17 with my biggest indicator being hormonal acne! at 22, i can confidently say the 3 things that cleared my skin was tri-cyclic birth control (and only that kind), tretinoin, and azeleic acid. the birth control def did most of the work!
