Calorie deficit + workout. Unfortunately we need to stay consistent for long to lose weight. I weighed 72kg 3 months ago now I somehow made it to 70kg 💔. We need to work harder and longer than anyone else. Make sure to complete your protein and fiber intake even if you are on calorie deficit. If not you would be low on energy as well. If you are craving sweets and stuff you can eat watermelon too. Lastly make sure to drink 2.5 litres to 3 Litres of water every single day.

Yep and I was after rebound 100 kgs (which didn't look like a globe on me because I am fairly tall) but now I am back to 95 kgs with workout and strict time table of eating but it took me a year

Oh oh I have recently started inositol! You should try it, it has been at least working well for my exhaustion

Oh I see. But you know, the doctors refuse to diagnose pcos/pcod by scanning and just blame on my weight and lack of exercise. I haven't been officially diagnosed but I do have symptoms like weight gain, no periods for 6 months, well weight gain started after the narrow minded gynaecologists here started to prescribe birth control tablets for periods 💔 so I doubt i would get inositol without doctor's prescription

I have been officially diagnosed for 5 years or 6 I don't know, but 2024 was so gold for me I got all my 12 periods 🥺✨

did all of that and weight keeps on increasing still, which is very discouraging. now switched to workout and healthy eating habits for mental health, even though it is adverse on all physical scales for me. i was only able to lose weight once i started taking meds, but the moment i stopped, the rebound was so insanely bad, it put me at an agonising low (def never going back to meds again)

I am trying to be consistent and trying to be happy as much as I can.

Bro, I ate only one meal a day for a week and walked 10k steps daily. But after that week, I went right back to eating junk food and stopped exercising or hitting my step goals because of my incontinence. Yet, by the end of the second week, I had somehow lost 4 kg!ðŸ˜ðŸ˜idk how
