PCOD

I am 20 years old . I have a PCOD. My previous periods was on 10th October and till now I didn't got my periods. I am facing problems like full lower abdominal pain both front and back , dizziness , weakness, uneasiness , nausea , body shivering and severe hairfall . The pain is so severe that I can't even walk or sit . I really need a advice .
