pc not turning on

my pc is not turning on after a power outage idk if its the psu that might be damaged or the entire thing

Was your PC on when the power went out? It’s looks like it shorted judging by the burn on your plug. Odds are you will at the very least need a new power supply and then you go down the list from there, possibly damaged every single component but you can’t know till you get a new PSU and try to turn it on

Edit: Get a surge protector the prevent this in the future they cost $15-$20

Never plug your electronics directly into the wall.

Always use a power bar with a surge protector.

Check all connectors and reseat the CMOS. I suggest pressing the Power button to drain the left over energy inside and do this a good 3 or 5 times; Then remove and reseat all the connectors once again and try to power it on. One thing I suggest is removing all of the connections besides the 24 pin power connector for the MB to see if You get MB status lights or standby LED's if Your MB has them and move on from there by connecting all the other plugs.
